Our Policy for Returns and Refunds
If your product has been damaged in the transit you should notify us properly by email with supporting photographic evidence so we may investigate the matter with our courier service
You may not return an item that has been used, damaged or broken by the purchaser /user.
If the item returned has been used, damaged or broken by the purchaser/user we have the right to reduce your refund up to the full purchase price.
This does not affect items being returned under the warranty period.
A refund or exchange will not be offered for any product for misuse or general wear & tear.
The buyer will take full responsibility for the product they have ordered. We don’t accept responsibility for damaged to poorly or incorrectly or repackaged return items.
Parts that were ordered in error may be returned for a full refund excluding postage providing they are unused & in their original packaging.
Returned items will be inspected and if eligible for refund we aim to refund money back as quickly as possible, please note this could take up to 30 days to clear at busy times.
From the point when fuel is added or batteries have been charged the items will be determined as used.
Once signed for damages from transit will not be accepted by Revverz uk ltd or the courier service as per there terms & conditions
